In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear in title case throughout this document.

By registering an Account on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of air163 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had a previous Account suspended or terminated by air163 for breach of these Terms;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

air163 reserves the right to carry out identity, age, and residency verification checks at any time. If a User is found to be ineligible, their Account may be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation, and Bonus Balances will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of the review process, net of any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of ineligibility.

To access real-money features of the Platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, and slots, you must register a single Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.

One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, air163 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit Bonus Balances across all Accounts, and return Real Money Balances to the primary verified payment method only.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify air163 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

air163 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is assumed to be authorised by you unless you have notified us otherwise in writing.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, air163 will request identity verification documents, which may include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

Accepted Payment Methods. air163 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). air163 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which air163 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. air163 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification prior to first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the air163 compliance team;
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page;
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within three minutes of approval during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB);
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during banking hours.

Currency. All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR. air163 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform.

air163 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other Indonesian cultural calendar occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the minimum total amount that must be wagered before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated completion window, will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
• One Promotion at a Time. Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Misuse. Any attempt to exploit promotions through techniques including but not limited to bonus abuse, matched betting across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw. air163 reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion or to withdraw a promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not retrospectively affect qualifying activity already completed in good faith.

All wagers placed on the air163 sportsbook, live casino, slots, roulette, and in-play betting markets are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules applicable to individual game types (including mix parlay combination bets, voor bola Asian handicap markets, live roulette table rules, and slot game mechanics) are available on the relevant game or market information page within the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance. A wager is not confirmed until you have received a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. air163 reserves the right to decline or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on each market or game. air163 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment before completion of the required minimum play time, pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.
• Results. For sportsbook markets, results are determined based on official scores and outcomes as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton). air163's settlement decision is final once results are published.
• In-Play Betting. In-play wagers are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted. Bets placed after the relevant event or incident has occurred but before our systems have updated are liable to be voided.
• Disconnection. air163 is not responsible for wagers affected by internet disconnection on your end during live game play. Interrupted casino game rounds are resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules and the game state recorded on the game server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the air163 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Balance, and potential permanent closure of the Account. Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation where a Prohibited Activity is suspected.

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the Platform's game or odds-calculation systems;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers;
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security controls;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without the express written consent of air163.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the air163 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface, graphics, written content, software, game mechanics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of air163 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Habanero.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Publicly display or perform any game, stream, or broadcast any Platform content without prior written consent from air163;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice contained on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of air163's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air163 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform, its availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

air163 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decisions to place wagers;
• Loss of data or Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures);
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers;
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Where air163's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your privacy is important to air163. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
